Committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, he has built a respected private practice while continuing to provide inpatient care to those in need. As a trusted medical consultant, Dr. Romeus works closely with numerous hospice agencies, offering expert guidance to improve end-of-life care. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as the Medical Director for several nursing homes in the community, where his leadership and clinical acumen play a key role in elevating the quality of care for residents.  A graduate of Barry University’s MSN Family Nurse Practitioner program, Baudelair Sainvil is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in cardiology and telemetry. With a background as a Nurse Educator at Jackson Memorial Hospital, he has cultivated deep expertise in both patient care and medical education. Baudelair holds full privileges at several leading hospitals and is renowned for his proficiency in reading and interpreting arrhythmias, as well as teaching this essential skill to healthcare professionals. His broad clinical experience, coupled with his passion for mentoring and educating others, enables him to deliver exceptional patient care while shaping the next generation of healthcare providers. Baudelair’s comprehensive medical knowledge, leadership abilities, and unwavering commitment to advancing patient care make him an invaluable asset to our team.

 A graduate of the University of Miami, Ms. Savoie is a highly experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant with over 15 years of expertise in family medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care. With a strong ability to examine patients, diagnose a broad spectrum of injuries and illnesses, and provide effective treatment plans, she has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Ms. Savoie is particularly skilled in performing well-woman exams and counseling patients on weight loss and wellness strategies, helping them achieve and maintain their health goals. Known for her empathetic approach and attention to detail, she is committed to ensuring every patient receives personalized, comprehensive care.  As a dedicated liaison between patients and healthcare organizations, Natalie plays a key role in providing comprehensive outpatient support, ensuring patients have access to essential social services and Medicare/Medicaid resources. With a B.S. in Psychology, she has a strong understanding of patient needs and advocacy. In addition to her healthcare experience, Natalie brings over 10+ years of experience in digital media design and public relations, where she excels in coordinating events, building client relationships, and implementing innovative digital media strategies. Driven by a passion for helping others, she is committed to improving community well-being through creativity, innovation, and effective healthcare solutions.

 Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York, Keila Casiano (KC) is fueled by a passion for personal growth and helping others overcome challenges. Now a dedicated single mother of three in Florida, her children inspire her relentless pursuit of excellence. Keila's healthcare career began at 17 in a chiropractic rehabilitation center, where she discovered her calling to help others. She earned certifications in Chiropractic and Medical Assistance, followed by a BS and MBA in Business Administration. After transitioning to mental health rehabilitation in Washington, she became a licensed Mental Health Technician, gaining valuable experience in psychiatry and substance abuse recovery. Upon relocating to Florida, Keila took on leadership roles in primary care centers, focusing on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the quality of care.

 Yva is a friendly, detail-oriented medical receptionist with extensive experience ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional service to patients. Skilled in managing patient records, handling sensitive documents, and coordinating referrals, she excels at maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. With a strong commitment to patient care, Yva is proficient in scheduling appointments, resolving patient concerns, and making sure every individual feels heard and valued. She is dedicated to fostering a warm, welcoming environment and consistently strives to provide a positive, seamless office experience for all patients. 

 With years of experience as a Medical Assistant, Bernithe (Bee) is known for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Her technical proficiency, combined with a compassionate approach, allows her to perform procedures such as injections and lab work— with precision, often achieving a seamless needle stick on the first attempt. As a skilled communicator, Bee creates an environment where patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.

Outside of work, she is a devoted mother, which deepens her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a dedicated member of the Preferred Family Care team, she consistently upholds high standards of care and strives to improve the well-being of every patient she serves.

 With over 20 years of professional experience, Marie is a compassionate and highly skilled clinical medical assistant dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient. Renowned for her empathy and strong interpersonal skills, she is committed to triaging and assisting with general patient care, ensuring each individual feels valued and well-supported. Marie is proficient in a wide range of clinical techniques, from preparing and administering treatments to assisting with diagnostic procedures.  As an experienced and detail-oriented referral coordinator, Judith brings years of experience in managing patient records, coordinating referrals, and facilitating seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, she is expanding her leadership capabilities to manage medical office operations, healthcare teams, and drive operational efficiencies. Throughout her career, Carolina has taken on increasing management responsibilities, driven by a passion for problem-solving and attention to detail. As a mother, she draws inspiration from her family values and strives to leave a legacy of compassion, leadership, and operational excellence in the healthcare industry.
