Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York, Keila Casiano (KC) is fueled by a passion for personal growth and helping others overcome challenges. Now a dedicated single mother of three in Florida, her children inspire her relentless pursuit of excellence. Keila's healthcare career began at 17 in a chiropractic rehabilitation center, where she discovered her calling to help others. She earned certifications in Chiropractic and Medical Assistance, followed by a BS and MBA in Business Administration. After transitioning to mental health rehabilitation in Washington, she became a licensed Mental Health Technician, gaining valuable experience in psychiatry and substance abuse recovery. Upon relocating to Florida, Keila took on leadership roles in primary care centers, focusing on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the quality of care.
